It can reduce mooney viscosity of compounds and improve the dispersion of fillers and rubber chemicals in compounds and reduce mixing time. FNS-78T can prolong scorch time and activate vulcanization. It decreases porosity obviously,provides compounds with good flowability, excellent calendaring and extruding properties as well as good releasing properties in vulcanization. This product can provide products with good wear resistance and longer service life.

Application Fields

Processing additive for natural and synthetic rubber in manufacturing tires and other molded & extruded products.

Application

1. Added at the beginning of mixing as peptizer or incorporated with fillers as dispersant.

2 .Recommended dosage: 1-3 phr

2. Melting point (): 77.0-87.0

3. Ash content%: 11.5-14.5

FNS-78T is not classified as a dangerous good according to transport legislation, so it can be transported in term of non-dangerous goods. It is safe if properly used.

Storage

Two years under cool and dry conditions with original closed package from date of production.
